Keeping in view of celebration of Teacher’s Day on Sept. 05, 2018 will be observed at 10.30 am so all the students of D-Pharmacy 1^st year and 2^nd year are hereby informed to make their presence mandatory.

Respective class incharges will mark their attendance.

All the students of 1^st year and 2^nd year hereby informed that to deposit their pending tuition fee on or before 25/01/2019 positively.

This is for their strict compliance, after this late fee fine will be charged.

As Sessional Examination to be conducted on 13/05/2019 will be now rescheduling on 11/05/2019 i.e Saturday. Hence institute will remain open from 9:00am to 12:30 noon and following staff members has been deputed for the smooth conduct of Sessional examination.

Keeping in view of ‘Inter College Cricket Tournament-2018, Adesh University’ held on 11 October to 18 October, 2018. All the D-Pharmacy 1^st & 2^nd year students hereby informed to give their names who are interested in participating for the cricket tournament on or before 5^th October, 2018. Trials for the selection of team will be held on 5^Th October, 2018.

1. University authority has accorded sanctions the flag hoisting on 26/01/2019 at 9:00 AM by all academic students of Adesh University.
2. All the faculty members/students under Adesh University  are requested to be present in the front lawn in front of Hospital Building at 8:30 AM

Flag hoisting ceremony will take place at 9:00AM sharp at Hospital Lawn.

All the students of D-Pharmacy 1^st year and 2^nd year are hereby informed that a seminar will be conducted on “Self Discipline” on dated 28^th February 2019 at 10.00 am at Pharmacology Lecture Theater, 3^rd Floor AIMSR Adesh University.

all the students of D-Pharmacy 1^st year and 2^nd year are hereby informed

 to make their presence mandatory. Absentees will be charged with fine.

It has been observed that the students of D-Pharmacy 1^st year and 2^nd year has not been regularly attending the class and have started remaining absent. All are hereby informed that inspite of filling/submission of their annual examination forms the absentees students may be:

1. Debarred to sit in the Sessional Examination/Final Examination.
2. The penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be observed for the absentees.
3. Attendance for the month of April and May will be taken into consideration for the above said matter.
4. All students should remain present accordingly.
